Information we process

TinkerDiagram may process account details such as name, email address, avatar, authentication status, workspace membership, and account security settings.

We also process workspace and product data such as diagrams, projects, comments, share-link activity, invitations, notifications, and support or contact submissions.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the service, authenticate accounts, support collaboration, enforce workspace permissions and plan limits, respond to support requests, maintain service security, and improve the product.

Billing and payment processing

TinkerDiagram manages subscriptions at the workspace level. Payment and subscription processing may involve third-party billing providers, including Lemon Squeezy, which may process billing-related information needed to complete transactions and manage subscriptions.

TinkerDiagram may store provider-linked identifiers, invoice links, billing status, and subscription state needed to manage workspace billing.

Sharing and disclosures

TinkerDiagram may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners only as needed to host, secure, support, bill for, or operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or the public.

Cookies, sessions, and similar technology

TinkerDiagram uses cookies, session mechanisms, and similar technical storage to keep users signed in, maintain workspace context, support security features, and preserve core application behavior.

We may also use limited operational and security signals such as request metadata, anti-abuse controls, and diagnostic logs to help protect the service.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain service records.

TinkerDiagram uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of data, but no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
