Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TinkerDiagram, including its public website, account-based workspace features, and paid subscriptions.
Last updated May 21, 2026
Service overview
TinkerDiagram is a visual diagramming service for creating, editing, organizing, sharing, and exporting diagrams inside personal or team workspaces.
Paid plans apply at the workspace level. When a workspace subscribes to a paid plan, the related plan limits, billing behavior, and collaboration features apply to that workspace.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If local law requires a higher minimum age where you live, that higher standard applies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account or workspace access.
Acceptable use
You may not use TinkerDiagram to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or abuse collaboration, sharing, reporting, or account systems.
You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service in a way that harms TinkerDiagram, other users, or the integrity of the platform.
User content
You retain ownership of the diagrams, text, uploads, and other content you submit to the service.
You grant TinkerDiagram a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you and your workspace.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next renewal. Billing and subscription management are handled at the workspace level.
If a paid subscription is canceled, access to paid functionality typically continues through the end of the already-paid billing period, after which the workspace may move to a lower plan or free access level.
Refund policy
TinkerDiagram does not provide automatic refunds for subscription charges that have already been billed, except where required by law or where a refund is explicitly granted case by case.
Canceling a paid plan stops future renewals but does not usually reverse prior charges for the billing period that has already started.
If a refund exception is granted, it does not create a general right to future refunds for other plans, renewals, or workspace usage.
Service changes and termination
TinkerDiagram may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also suspend or terminate access if needed to address misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
TinkerDiagram is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We do not make guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for every specific use case.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TinkerDiagram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
